Recipe Name: Turkey or Chicken Stock
Story: Over the years I have been making homemade stock / broth with left over bones. It is 100x better than anything you can buy from a store, and is very easy to make.

Directions:
- Pressure cook for 75 mins (alternatively you can slowly simmer for 3-4 hours, but that's a pain)
- Strain through fine mesh strainer
- Cool down (in sink full of cold water), for 15-30 minutes
- Distribute into freezer safe ball jars
